Student is Shot with Taser Gun (Indiana's NewsCenter)

FORT WAYNE, IND (Indiana's NewsCenter)Some dramatic moments at a local high school Monday, where police were forced to use a taser gun on a student. The incident happened at Huntington North High School when the Sheriff's Department attempted to serve a warrant on a student.

Red Cross honors local for support (The Herald-Press)

On October 2, 2008, the American Red Cross Blood Services, Indiana-Ohio Region, hosted their annual meeting and recognition luncheon at the Marriott Hotel in Fort Wayne. Many awards were given out, including the Outstanding Blood Donor, Faithful Friend and the Lifesaver Awards.
