U.S. Rep. Baron Hill, Indiana's 9th District congressman, will present a forum on economic issues facing Southern Indiana from 9 to 11:45 a.m. Friday at the Ogle Cultural and Community Center at Indiana University Southeast, 4201 Grant Line Road in New Albany.
